HazirGenie Terms of Service

1. Human Confirmation for Outbound & Write Actions
HazirGenie provides no-code business agents that draft responses, cite your uploaded policy documents, and prepare proposed actions. Every external write, refund, booking modification, or outbound message requires two-step human approval and Confirm in your workspace Inbox. Outbound actions are never placed in auto-confirm.
2. Metered Plans & Cancellation
Plans are metered by hosted decisions (`Free $0` up to 5,000 decisions/month, `Pro $29/mo` or `$19/mo for life` launch offer up to 50,000 decisions/month, `Team $149/mo` up to 300,000 decisions/month, and `Sovereign SAR 3,750/mo` billed annually). Self-serve plans may be canceled at any time without penalty.
3. Your Data Ownership, Export & Closure
You retain full ownership of all uploaded policy documents, taught Book rules, and run history. You may export your complete workspace archive as JSON (`GET /v1/organizations/{id}/export`) or permanently close your workspace (`POST /v1/organizations/{id}/close`) at any time from Workspace Settings.
